The Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage and the Voronezh Orthodox Theological Seminary have signed a cooperation agreement. The signing of the agreement was made possible with the assistance of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate and the Patriarchal Exarchate of Africa. The subject of the agreement is to provide assistance to international students studying at the seminary.
As part of the signing of the agreement, Dmitry Rudkovsky, the Deputy Executive Director of the Foundation, who oversees the implementation of the educational project, also held a working meeting with the rector of the Voronezh Theological Seminary, Priest Roman Tkachev, during which the parties discussed issues of further cooperation.
Currently, three foreign students from African countries (DR Congo, Kenya, and Malawi) are studying at the seminary.

The educational project, implemented by the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage and the Russian Orthodox Church since 2023, is aimed at helping foreign students who receive spiritual education in Russia. The project is currently being implemented at the Moscow and St. Petersburg Theological Academies, St. Tikhon's Orthodox University for the Humanities, Nikolo-Ugresh, Tomsk, Perervinsk, Yekaterinodar and Voronezh Theological Seminaries.
