On February 21, 2026, His Holiness Patriarch Porfiry of Serbia awarded Alexei Likhachev, Director General of the Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation and Chairman of the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage, the Order of St. Prince Lazarus at a reception at the St. Peter's House in Belgrade (Serbia).
The CEO of the state corporation was awarded a high church award in recognition and gratitude for his many years of charitable assistance and love for the Serbian Orthodox Church, as well as for his enormous contribution to the development and preservation of Christian culture and Orthodox heritage throughout the world.
The award ceremony was also attended by Nadezhda Likhacheva, the wife of the head of Rosatom, Egor Skopenko, Executive Director of the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage, Maria Deuric, Director of the representative office of the Rosatom State Corporation in Serbia, Bishop Stefan Remezian, Vicar of the Patriarch of Serbia, representative of the Serbian Orthodox Church to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Archimandrite Daniel, Director of the Patriarchal Administrative Office (Gavranovich), head of the Office of the Patriarch of Serbia, Archpriest George Stoisavljevic, and employee of the Serbian Patriarchate Miljan Nikitovich.
