With the blessing of Metropolitan Rostislav of Tomsk and Asinovo, from January 27 to January 31, 2026, students and the rector of Tomsk Theological Seminary made a pilgrimage to the Holy Dormition Pskov-Pechersk Monastery.
In the monastery, the children performed laborious obediences in the prosphorna, the kitchen, and also helped with the cleaning of temples. But the most memorable obedience was on the holy hill, where the guys were clearing the snow. The group of pilgrims included both international students and children from Russia.
On January 29, Rector of the Tomsk Theological Seminary, Priest Vitaly Kollantai, led the Divine Liturgy service at the Assumption Cathedral of the monastery. Father Vitaly was co-served by clerics of the Moscow and Don dioceses, as well as the monastery's brethren in holy orders. During the Divine Liturgy, all the seminarian pilgrims partook of the Holy Mysteries of Christ.
