On December 6, 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage and the Kuzbass Orthodox Theological Seminary.
The agreement was concluded based on the joint desire to contribute in every possible way to the dissemination of knowledge about Christian culture and art, to meet the spiritual needs of citizens, including to promote peace, friendship and harmony between peoples, the prevention of social, national, religious conflicts, the spiritual and moral education of children and youth, the expansion of ties between Orthodox peoples in the public and spiritual spheres, as well as in the fields of culture, science, religion and tourism.
The participants agreed to hold joint events aimed at spreading cultural and spiritual values, developing public interest in science, culture, art, religious traditions and values, as well as on topical issues of modern society.
The parties emphasize their special interest in cooperation in the implementation of programs aimed at providing foreign citizens from Local Orthodox Churches with the opportunity to study at the Kuzbass Theological School.
Currently, one foreign student from Montenegro is studying at the seminary.

The educational project, implemented by the Foundation for the Support of Christian Culture and Heritage and the Russian Orthodox Church since 2023, is aimed at helping international students who receive spiritual education in Russia. The project is currently being implemented at the Moscow and St. Petersburg Theological Academies, St. Tikhon's Orthodox University for the Humanities, Nikolo-Ugresh, Tomsk, Perervinsk, Yekaterinodar and Voronezh Theological Seminaries.
